  Becoming tired of this being my local Tim Hortons. They seem to "run out" of crispy or grilled chicken everytime I want to order it, I think the problem is you just don't want to make anymore, cause I've never run into this problem at any other tim Hortons regardless of how late it is.

  The service overall was good, my order was done quick and the tables were clean for early in the morning rush which is great. It is a small location but very well kept.

  Its a huge hit or miss for service here. Constant change of staff, both old and new members of this location could definitely improve on their customer service skills - the attitude and verbal tone...omg!
  Specifically, I asked for 2 sandwiches for my order but when I went to pick up there was only one. The lady's tone wasn't too pleasant and accused that I did not order it when I clearly did. ... at other Tim Hortons location they would apologize and make me the sandwich. Meanwhile, no apologies and they would charge me for it at this location. Not sure how they select their management and supervisor team to run their business. The only reason I go is because of the location...

  I was here 5 months ago and have it 5 stars, walked in tonight, the place was a mess, I had nohere to sit as all the surfaces were covered with litter from previous clients. Knocked it down to 5 stars.

  Service is fast, but the place is usually unkempt. Good for a quick pick me up but not for sitting down.
