  Worst Coffee Shop in Toronto; very noisy, dirty, rude staff, no honey, Construction in store such as drilling while customers are sitting. Staff and Workers, twice asked me to change my seat and tables that they need to work!

  Strongly dislike the recent renovation.
  Decor went from "charming sitting room" to "quick foods joint". Cold.
  But the staff are great! Make you feel at home.

  My Second Cup Disaster Story of Friday!
  Today Sept 30 at 10am I was sitting in the back,,, that twice a female white staff Disturbed me by taking my tables and putting defective imbalanced tables. Then two tall white guys came... Started repair IMG doors with Hammers and Drill that was made me crazy in sudden the imbalanced tables caused my Ex large coffee and metal water drops that caused everyone screaming calling 911 that I saw cops came
  So, I stepped out.. totally confused, shocked and stressed that even I lost Direction and forgotten the name of Bloor St...so I went east ...then returned west...... staring at building in such I never saw them, while I live 27 years in this Area... Legally this is nervous shock for Negligence of Second Cup...that if i file Lawsuit. I may win Huge Punitive Damages....Monday I will talk with my lawyer
