  Nice simple tea shop that also sells bubble tea near their entrance. The oolong tea was great & had a nice strong flavor to it. I really enjoyed their coconut milk tea too (hot), & the pearls in my drink tasted like they were soaked in jasmine tea which added another dimension of flavor when eating the pearl & sipping the tea. Most boba spots use a lot of sugar & extras to make their drinks very sweet, but not Ten Ren' s. They also have a small-medium selection for those who might get overwhelmed by too many choices.

  Good place to get Taiwanese loose leaf tea in those canisters, but I would only get the bubble teas if I was in a pinch and really NEEDED some bubble tea.

  Too expensive for its fair quality of service and drink. You can get the same drinks in the same street for at least $2 less.
