  Their hot chocolate is delicious and I love what they have done with this place. There is some big wood tables so you can easily exchange with others about the news. SPOILER : Raptors lost 4-0 against Cavaliers in the eastern conference semi finals... :(

  Great, original pastries and sandwiches; interior aesthetic (Spadina store) and the fastest wifi I have experienced to date! Considering these pros, you would expect this cafe to have stellar coffee as well... Too bad they taste like a mixture of Ovaltine and soil :-(. After giving up on the decaf, I tried the 'darkest' espresso roast available, and it tasted the same :o. I'm seriously considering bringing a coffee from somewhere else the next time I go, because everything else is so good there.

  Pro: great location on Spadina. Big shared tables in front room, smaller seat grouping in back level. Wifi.
  Con: coffee is decent but unremarkable, prices are high. Space is very noisy.

  Great space, but staff are dripping with attitude. The barista handed me a latte that wasn't even full, when I asked for them to top it up they rolled their eyes. Tried to buy a bag of beans, but when I asked the price they said they were 'expensive' in a discouraging manner. Just as well, the coffee was below average by Toronto standards.

  Not good. Not good at all. Like, avoid at all costs not good. I've had a better croissant on an airplane.
