  Attended with a group of friends (approx 8). I refuse to patronize this place. Service and food was a huge disaster.

  The food was good. Unfortunately we pretty much had to send flares in the air to be noticed by our server and this was at opening on a Sunday. Not exactly with people lined around the block.
  
  Then there is the fact their lower floor is now closed off showing how few customers come to eat.
  
  Not the Swiss of old with too many menu items such as roast beef and they are still paying the price for having gone to smaller portions a while back.
  
  They have lost their way. Sad.

  My go-to restaurant in this area for decades. Outstanding rotisserie chicken. Excellent servers, some of whom have been there for many years and recognize me when I visit. They never seem to mind if I linger for hours, reading and drinking tea.
