  Fantastic front desk service and prices for the night I was spending there. The room service was quick and tasty! I happened to get a great view of downtown toronto but I've heard one side faces a building so choose wisely. The one letdown was that parking wasn't included and ended up being 40 dollars for the night.... still beats the generic parking in Toronto though.

  The lobby was beautiful, and not very intimidating with all the people occupying the lounge. A little confusing in terms of layout if you've never been. The conference room we used was nice, but food had poor vegetarian options. They darkened the bar in the evening, and added music. It was loud but I could still hear the people around me. My drink was faaarrr too strong (I ordered a cocktail thinking it would be nice and sweet. Nope took 2 sips and cried and gave it to someone else).

  Came for a wedding. Very nice event venue. The ballroom is spacious with gorgeous ceilings. The downfall was the dinner service. Servers weren't thrilled to work the event, forgot to fill glasses or offer coffee to guests throughout the night. Food was below average (cold food, little flavour).

  We had a room for one night up on the 32nd floor. I love having a view of Toronto from that high up, so I really enjoyed it. The location of this hotel is also great, you're in walking distance to the best that Toronto has to offer. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and we'll put together. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

  Maybe we have been really unlucky but for the high price we paid I was expecting at least a room with real windows (only one and fake it was a screen not a window) and more than just a night light in the room. The bed to me was extremely uncomfortable and last but not least the service was almost unexciting.. I don't think I'll go stay there ever again.
