  This location's manager is a total @55 clown. There's a difference between making profit and being a punk. I've had a rash of horrible experiences for approx 2 consecutive weeks. The first incident last Friday when they added milk when I specifically asked for BLACK as I am lactose intolerant!
  Second, I asked for a flavour (which I've been and was going to pay for as usual) and was told they TOOK OUT the machine and was bold face lied to when another employee stated THIS WAS FALSE. That the manager just didn't want them to add this even when charging. The following day same thing except I was charged and it wasn't included. Today I was told directly from the manager he "just didn't know how to charge for this..." --- a colleague of mine seeing that this is the highlight of my morning routine decides to buy me a coffee during lunch. She attempted to buy the coffee exactly as I do.... and little do you know she came back with it, even though I was specifically told this WAS NOT GOING TO BE DONE ANYMORE!!!
  Get your $h!T together! CARAMEL SYRUP IS NOT GOING TO PUT THIS LOCATION OUT OF BUSINESS! Also stop trying to belittle your staff in front of customers. THIS ISNT A BOOT CAMP!

  Tiny, cramped, too busy for my liking. I know they work hard and have it successful here, but man, it's just too cramped and busy for my liking.

  Always crowded. Not a lot of space available to sit inside. The lines to order can be quite confusing to be honest. But the good thing is a washroom is available in this location.

  I went in the restaurant around 6 am and tried ordering the mexican chipotle soup and was replied with "We only have chicken noodle right now." I came back 2 hours later and got the same reply. I asked why they don't have that item available although it was a menu item. No one had an answer. The soup had simply had not been made.
