  Very busy store. But the staff are kind and attentive. Food was ready in just a few minutes and I was on my way. Only came here because it is the closest wendys to my office. Will return again in the future.

  VERY Slow drive thru. I waited 12 minutes in line with only 2 cars ahead of me. I could tell the two guys in front of me were growing impatient as well. It was not vey busy whatsoever. When I finally edged up to the pickup window the "lady" at the cash mentioned they were doing a "shift change" - I don't give a rats behind about your lack of productivity behind the scenes, ensure that your customer needs are taken care of or else you'll have no customers! Poor service!

  One thing that I really did not appreciate was removing menu items before the restaurant closed to make their closing procedures easier.
  
  The frosty is a staple item for Wendys, no one else does it and people go just for that item. When I order one, please do not tell me they are no longer available than back track and say they are no longer available that day because you already turned off the machine. I did not come in 5 mins before close, you were open for another hour. Do your job, all menu items should be available until close as long as equipment and ingredients are on site.

  employee are snob i was there waiting for someone to approach me and take my order but they are just look at me and keep continue what they doin like they dont give a damn i will never come back to this location again . to the management please give these people a proper train

  Big location. it's combined with a Tim Horton's. Can get SUPER busy at night - to the point it could be difficult to find seating if you want to sit down to eat. Washrooms could be cleaner.
