  Waited at door to be seated even after a server saw me and turned back into the kitchen. Sat at table when finally seated for 15+ mins and was just walked by even with menu in hand ready to order. Nobody cared and just walked away. I then went to the take out and waited for awhile and nobody was even there or came to check even though the door has a loud buzzer. Terrible waste of 40mins

  The service here is usually decent. Our waitress tonight remembers our order even though we haven't seen her for months! The lights over the booths by the windows are crazy bright and hurt my eyes. And this place is always too cold, bring a sweater.

  The restaurant is good. the food delivered comes in hot and correct 98% of the time. I only take a star off cause to place an order on the phone or by email is incredibly painful.

  Food was frozen in the middle, never took our drink order until I asked, hamburger was frozen and possibly fake meat, fries were mushy and tasted old, never got a refill or saw our waiter outside of taking our order and dropping the food off.
