  Lunch time order service is good, at nights however it's terrible. ie undercooked and cold food, no ketchup with items that supposed to have them, and terrible terrible delivery drivers at night time.

  Don't buy the Halal Wings. Yes it's Halal, good stuff. But your better off buying the wings at food basics next door and making them yourself. Smh

  Bacon was raw and smelt old now with that the whole pizza was a waste and smelt disturbing .. I had one slice.. I really can't afford to get food poisoning! Customer service was horrible. This is the first time I'm writing a complaint... Ever! Thornclieff park plaza, please learn that some people do eat Bacon and when we do, we like it cooked!

  I ordered a medium pizza the guy comes to my door puts the pizza on the dust carpet and acts like I can't pay for it racist dumb a§s. Then when I demand him pick it up dust is going to get in the box he walks away leaving me and the kids to make other food options. My kids don't understand why the guy did that but I know a racist when I cross 1

  my cousin and i are paying our order in split and the guy who delivered our pizza was rude and told us that we shouldn't be doing that because he has another delivery that he has to do. RUDE
