  Went through drive thru this morning at 9:40, got to the office 10 mins later and realized I received the wrong order. I called to let them know the order I received was wrong. Exact words of the person on the phone was "ok so what do u want me to do about it" in the most rude and condescending voice. That's when my small issue of receiving the wrong order angered me. I was not angry that I received the wrong order. I know sometimes it happens and when I called to simply say you guys gave me the wrong order and that's the respond I received. No apology, and sounded like she was annoyed by what I said and I was the one in wrong. And i frequently go this drive thru. No one ever says Good morning or even a Hi or have a good day. They hand u your drink and food and look miserable. I have had enough and that is why I am writing this review and calling head office. I can honestly say this location is the WORST!

  although a very busy location... specially the drive through, cashiers and crew are very efficient and get's order right and done in not time. :-)

  Tim Horton is everywhere I canada. There French vanilla is the best drink.

  I am very disappointed with this Tim Hortons and it's not the food it's the staff at the drive thru. This is not the friendly service I am use to getting at Tims and I will not go back to this location.
