  Wonderful experience dining at Pazzia. Food was made fresh in the open kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised at being able to chat with the chef and have a little change made for our dietary needs.
  The restaurant is like being in Italy, Franco served us wine and dinner with the charm of the old world style.

  Awesome Great food, Great Atmosphere and great people. its owned by to brothers one the chef and the other is the waiter they are very nice and accommodating and will even try new recipes and make up dishes or alter dish to make them suited to your needs for me they make there food gluten free they can also make most of their pastas gluten free though theirs an extra charge for gluten free but the food and service is great so it doesn't really matter. they also have different specials that are great.

  If you're in to REAL Italian cuisine, then look no further than this fine establishment. Absolutely great hosts -- the food was perfect, the atmosphere is cozy! Make reservations this place fills up fast.

  For me, this is the best Italian restaurant in the big city. I have never been disappointed, and it is well worth the 40-minute drive to get there. Read all the other reviews here, they are all true. I'm also gluten free, no problem; I brought the kids who are hard to satisfy, they love it; everything is simply wonderful. For Thursday to Saturday, make a reservation the day before.
