  Cheap prices most of the time. But it comes at the cost of quality. Fruits and vegetables are often poor quality and don't be surprised if you see mold. Packaged items are fine and the other departments are great. Click and collect is also a good service but $5 is a bit much to gather groceries.

  Decent - but not great - selection of food. Friendliness of staff varies significantly, but most people are nice enough and willing to help.
  
  The whole "All Checkout Lanes GUARANTEED OPEN" slogan is good for a laugh, though. I've never seen ALL lanes open during the indicated weekend hours. I doubt this was always due to "technical difficulties," either. Of course, I don't shop here all day every day, so maybe there were shift changeovers or something.

  Some of the produce can be good quality and some can be even cheaper than No Frills, but it all depends on the day and the deal. This is a good example of when downloading the app called "Flipp" is really helpful in deciding to buy here. However, almost all the time packaged stuff in bulk are good deals and comparable to Costco. This store does not have a big selection of packaged/processed Kosher foods, but it's the only store in town selling the incredibly tasty ready made Kosher Herbal whole chicken and at the reasonable price of $12 (until 2 weeks ago used to be $10).
