  Very poor service, waited an hour for our wings, we had to literally ask one by one for basic restaurant necessities such as: napkins, wipes, a bucket for the bones... the waitress left our table very dirty and it was sticky... they honestly didn't seem like they cared even a little bit about customer service. I wouldn't recommend this Location for anyone !

  I feel for the staff because they obviously don't put enough of them on duty. They're going to be abrupt and frustrated when the place is packed and only two are working. My food order got mixed up, but at least it was good and hot. My beer was completely flat, but I feared it would be three years before getting a replacement so I just put up with it.

  This is amount of fries for take out. Upgrade fries. When called and asked about this they didn't care and said they have recently changed how much they put in. Not going back to this location

  Is there a way to give 0 stars for inexcusably poor service and staffing? A 30 minute wait just to get the wrong order and another 30 minute just for the nachos to arrive. The only positive experience from this "restaurant" is getting out of there.
