  Food is always great but inexperienced waitress. the service of the Asian waitress is a turn off. Brought an empty bottle of ketchup and forgot we were there until we got ahold of another waitress. Train your staff to respect and serve paying customers!

  Someone in my party ordered a veggie burger with nothing on it. Somehow two orders of ribs, two baked potatoes, two pieces of cornbread, some coleslaw, and a chicken breast arrived first (albeit following a terribly long wait). After another ten minutes, the server finally returned from the garden where I guess they had to grow the veggie burger.
  
  The ribs were very tough, the toughest I've ever had. I could have maybe used a visit to the local morgue to borrow some of their autopsy equipment. Would have made it easier to separate the bones.
  
  The baked potato was also tough. I know what you're thinking here, "This guy has weak arms, weak jaws or simply bad form." Actually, I consider myself a seasoned eater, having eaten food almost every day of my life.
  
  Servers do this thing where they try to memorize the order, sometimes with a pen and pad that they won't use. It would be very impressive if they wouldn't sometimes forget or "mishear" parts of an order. It also comes off as smug, but hey, good for you if you can remember the whole order. Bad for you if you waste even more time going back to the kitchen to correct it.
  
  Servers, use the pen and pad. We don't think anything less of you. Those are important tools for your job. I would be concerned if a surgeon stepped into an operating room without scalpels, forceps, and a suction hose. If a firefighter showed up with a fire engine, I would not look down on them.
  
  But servers are abused enough as it is. I'd have to pin this one on the kitchen.
