  UPDATED REVIEW: Very unethical. They tried to bribe me with 2 pops if I called back head office and retract my previous complaint. My original complaint was they got my online order wrong because I had tomatoe allergies and I replaced it with something else. After refusing the bribe, the store manager said "thanks for wasting my time" and hung up. I immediately called the head office and reported what just happened and they ensured me that I was going to get a replacement. 2 hours later, I called back and they said that I have already received it. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNETHICAL AND PLEASE STAY AWAY. After escalating it numerous times over the phone, they did not help me. They did not compensate me for the pizza that I had paid for.

  Crappy service. I ordered online and wanted the food delivered. When the driver called me, he refused to bring my order to my front door.( I live in a house)!!!! It was crazy. I have never experience such bad service from a delivery driver. Beware of this location!!!

  Ordered pizza at 8:21 p.m. E-mail included guarantee of readiness of order for pick-up in 15 minutes. They called 6 minutes later to re-confirm. I confirmed & that should have been it. The guy on the phone re-re-re-peated my order at least 4 times while I continued to confirm as he continually talked over me for 30 mins and transferred me 4 times, each time putting me on hold. Was at Pizza Pizza before 8:36 (15 mins from confirmation). Pizza not ready 15 mins after actual confirmation e-mail guarantee. Pizza Pizza refused to fulfill their promise that my order would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes or it is free. "Customer" Service reps were all very rude, frustrating, and lacked understanding. Asked for management, but I doubt I actually was talking to a manager on the phone. Very disappointing. I should have read all the terrible reviews this location has already received, so I would have known to never order from here in the first place. I'd give 0 stars if I could, but I have to give at least 1 star in order to post this. My order was

  Worst Pizza Pizza shop I've been to. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza over the phone 30 minutes ahead of time before coming to pick it up in store. When I arrived to pick it up the man told me I'd wait to wait 15 minutes.. WHAT LIES! I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for my pizza. Also, your employees are disgusting and very misunderstanding. As I was waiting in the dining area one of the employees had dropped a box of bread sticks, instead of throwing the bread sticks away he picked them up one by one and put them back into the box.
  
  EDIT: OH, and I forgot to mention. The bottom of the pizza was really burnt, the crust was really hard, the dough was under cooked in the centre and was really soggy, and the pizza was spicy! Why was it spicy!? I asked for a large pepperoni NOT SPICY pizza. And they gave us a large pepperoni SPICY pizza. Again, worst place ever.

  I've never been to a pizza place this bad, it was complete garbage. The pizza was unproportional, the crust was all over the place, the employees are completely lost. They don't even know how to cut the pizza properly. If you're looking for the worst pizza store in GTA, it's definitely this location.
