  I am forced to go to this Tim Hortons everyday because it's only one with drive thru and next to highway 400. Everyday I get EXTREMELY rude service from most of the staff with the drive thru. Taking orders is a big rush, after handing you your drinks. As soon as you have your hands on the tray they immediately says "bye, good bye". Too rush and do not give you time to even play your drinks down in your car properly. If you take more than 3 seconds before you move your vehicle they will speak in a different language. (Very loud and rude voice).
  Many times I've order only coffee and they asked me to move my car and parked on the side and make me wait upto 10 minutes. The 3rd time this happened I said no I only order a few coffee I don't have time to wait on the side. The tims rep said "I will not take your order anymore next time" In a screaming voice.
  I work in service field and I know very well customers are number 1 priority. If only I can give a zero star rating. I love Tim Hortons coffee I really hope the owner of this location clean up this place, retrain all workers, and maybe show all workers what customer service is.

  If I could give no stars I would. The worst Tim hortons in Canada. Every time u go your order will be wrong. Horrible service, staff is very rude.

  decent place but the menu isnt as big as the one in jane finch mall this is more of a drive through tim hortons

  Worse Tim Horton ever! Waiting in line for over 10 minutes, when ask for for service server mira was very rude to us , she was screaming at us saying the drive true is more important. Common aren't we customers too . please do something about this location.
