  Unsure at this location knows the definition of 24hrs! Some locations have a 24 hour drive through and dinning room! Some it's both, through it's 24 hrs, this place is open until they want to close it 9:45 p.m. 10:12 11:28 ......... When it is open many of the cashiers are rude and there is a "tuff" guy there OVERNIGHT who cleans the fryers who should try to be polite he is always yelling (AT STAFF AND CUSTOMERS), angry or trying to show off his muscles! Getting hot food is rare, I do not think a smile is needed (many are either teens or probably been in McDonald's 20+ years, it's better not to smile than a fake smile, however those who do smile and are polite are tremendous! I've been to dozens of McDonald's in Canada and America and none are as bad as here in terms of service so far! However it's one of the most clean I have seen!

  Poor experience at the Jane/Finch location. I ordered a happy meal and was told there was no fruitopia, but I can get another fountain drink or smoothie. I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie and was given one with bananas which I'm allergic to. I called the store and was hung up on twice. I was told that I came in the store and given apple juice several times which wasn't me. I told the woman I was home and she told me to come back for another smoothie. No receipt given; no apology.

  On a busy friday evening despite the long line of cars and people, our orders were correct and surprisingly incredibly fast- like very fast- and the food was hot. Really efficient, hard working and quick workers!

  Last few times were ok. It all depends on who is managing.promotions to superviser should be more "fine tooth comb" . Not just based on seniority but on manners and diligence.
