  Oscar is a welcome change from the previous coffee shop at the same location. It also attracts a much calmer and quieter crowd than the Remarkable Bean across the street.
  
  The staff is great, coffee is good, espresso drinks are really good. There's a decent variety of Dufflet cakes (in small pieces), muffins, banana bread and some plain and ham & cheese croissants.

  I go here to work for a couple of hours and enjoy the coffee and the pastries. Great atmosphere, classical music not to annoying and nice crowd. Nothing too loud so you can still pretend its office noise.

  Have you tried Oscars Coffee & Espresso Bar? Maybe this weekend is a good time to check them out.
  
  They serve some great coffee both regular and specialty (best lattes in the neighbourhood), the treats are fresh and delicious, and they offer free wifi. It's cozy with awesome ambiance. It's a great space to bring a book or laptop and lose yourself in what you want to focus on.
  The Barista's take pride in what they're serving ... finishing it up and topping it off with care and a clear passion for what they're serving their customers.

  A cafe that looks like it has been around for a decade or so. Coffee was ok there is better coffee near by.
