  Service is hit or miss. Coffee is mediocre. Most of the pastries are really good. The custard tarts are to die for!

  I haven't had the chance to try anything from their bakery yet, but I can bet their food is as heavenly as their hearts. My father works at a store close-by to their bakery and he has to take his medicines with milk, which he accidentally forgot to carry with him one particular day. He cannot miss on his medicines, thus, I looked up online for any grocery/convenience store which could deliver milk to him (as he couldn't leave/close the store and go out himself). To my disappointment, I found none except for Nova’s bakery and called them up to see if they would be kind enough to deliver half a cup of milk at his store. Carlos, the gentleman who I spoke with was so compassionate and considerate that he assured me to do the same. This is a very small incident, but it meant the world to me. Not only did the gentleman drop some milk for my dad, he refused to take any money for it. It is heart-warming to see somebody's heart of gold in today’s world where literally, people have forgotten to be courteous over the phone, let alone in person. I was insanely touched by this sweet, kind, humanly gesture and would definitely urge everybody to go visit them for once. We all can get tea/coffee of our money’s worth; seldom do we get forever gratitude in return!
