  Terribly slow service, I was told "wait a second" when ordering and left for a couple mins. Then got to the window and had to correct the order before paying. Then had to wait a long time before getting my correct order. I've gone here before and not had as extreme poor service but it's always been poor. It really feels like they don't give a care at all. But after all the negatives the young lady did say "sorry about the wait". So it's not a complete disregard but needs a lot of improvement.

  Worst experience ever! First of all they don't even say anything to you until you say something at the drive thru then they tell you to hold on. We get to the window to pay and the car in front of us knows the person taking cash and she decided it would be an appropriate time to have a conversation with them and cut off the person behind us giving her their order. Then we have to listen while the manager has a conversation with the guy in front of us for 5 minutes only to be told when we get to the window they have no ice tea but I can give you water... I was surprised that the manager didn't stop the conversation with the driver, not cool that we had to wait for them to finish. Won't be returning. Just got home and my burger had pickles on it and my boyfriend ordered a double quarter pounder BLT and guess what no bacon! I'm so glad to pay for something we didn't receive... I don't understand how the manager or head office doesn't see a problem all the reviews for this location are horrible!

  This time around I had great service and a positively unique experience. One of the staff expressed my excitement and anticipation of trying the new Bacon Big Mac to the cooks with admiration. It made me smile and was memorable. The burger was just as great as I expected it. I'm smiling as I write this now, weeks later. Keep up this type of service, day and night.

  As a former manager for McDonald's, I was shocked at how terrible this service was. The crew member on the drive-thru was very sharp and curt. We waited at least ten minutes to get to the cash window. At the pick-up window, the employees were all shouting at each other, extremely unprofessional. To top it off, our food was cold and they forgot a drink. The customer service was 0/10. I know it's a part-time minimum wage job that doesn't inspire too much joy (I did it for years) but smiling and greeting your customers is a basic requirement.

  Slow service and they mess up orders regularly! Always check what they gave you. Better yet, go to another location. It once took them 45 minutes to complete an order, and they thought giving me $2 worth of pies would make everything better. The owner needs a serious lesson in addressing customer concerns and how to train his managers to do the same.
