  Waited an hour for food... called and was told it would be another 1.5hrs before food "might" be delivered. Horrible customer service and employees who cannot listen & blame their customers for their delays.
  Avoid this location if possible.

  poor of listening. they should of have a fluent English handling the order especially drive-thru. I 'd ordered $20 bucket value, with only hand total 6pcs (4 drumstick and 2 tiny wings), medium fries. no salad or any chicken corn pop. I didn't check the inside because I thought they are "EDUCATED ENOUGH what's in it". not to mention that they wont give any ketchup/ hotsauce/napkin unless I asked them.
  it make me sick to experienced this from them. it hurts me enough for ripping my money off. big loser!!

  I visited today that store is so clean and stuff r so nice. Manager on duty is so good and helpful and I got fresh chicken. Thanks nadvi

  As I entered the very warm welcome with smile place an order Big Crunch combo it was just ready in next min great Sevice I simply like that location

  As we can say in french "chaque jpur n'est pas dimanche" those with bad experiences got it at the wrong time bcz for me I would say I was well served in time and well welcomed...
