  Whoever manages this store has absolutely no clue what they're doing. It's impossible to simply pick up a few things after work and get out of this store without waiting in line for 30 minutes. This is mainly because they have one cashier on the express lane during peak hour, which is absolutely ridiculous. Consider the fact that Queen West is a "young professional" urban area, a large percentage of the customers who frequent the store will be buying small amounts for one to two people, so any manager who has half a brain would know to put more staff on the express lane.
  
  Add to this the fact that price tags aren't displayed clearly or placed with the correct products, some are just blank, some products have no price tag at all...
  
  There appears to be no staff manning the baked sweets section....
  
  This place is a joke. Save yourself time and frustration and shop elsewhere.

  It's an amazing location for sure. Very clean, and a lot of friendly staff. However, they're very slow when it comes to preparing for weekly sales. There have been many instances that multiple items are not marked for sale which are in the flyer.

  I shop here as little as possible. Prices are VERY high compared with Loblaws in other parts of Ontario. If spending $50+ on groceries, it's well worth the walk to Kensington Market for much cheaper prices on everything. Also, always long lines here. Loblaws treats customers poorly.

  Amazing selection, great variety, tempted to buy everything, attendant at the self-checkout was very helpful!
