  I ordered a boxed lunch with chicken and was underwhelmed with the quality and quantity. I've found equally healthy and better priced options in the area and as such, will not be returning to AK.

  One of the healthiest and tastiest foods in Toronto. Meat is awesome, organic and juicy. Sweets are fantastic enough to turn you back into a kid. I really love this place. Just lacking a few baggies of organic soy sauce to go with the rice dishes ((:

  Tried the lean machine and must say best tasting 40 grams of protein I had for less then $15! Two pieces of grilled chicken breast sitting on roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, kale and more....If you are looking for a healthy lunch and like chicken - I highly recommend the lean machine!

  Nothing bland about these meals. If you're tired of eating cardboard from all these other health food spots this place is a must try! Colourful and flavourful and right in the heart of Liberty village. I would highly recommend the "Iron Man"! They also do meal prep delivery!!

  The greatest owners, who are always helpful with explaining the menu and take the time to explain nutrition. I have only ordered from their in-store menu. The food is tasty, healthy, and high quality. Highly recommended the Iron Man box with the grass-fed steak.
