  If it wasn't for the great customer service I received I'd probably rate it 3 stars. Nevertheless to my standards it is overpriced but you are getting 100% angus beef without hormones or preservatives. The burger was quite good but still just a bit over priced.

  I always forget why I don't come in here and order food until AFTER I've ordered my food. And I swear every Hero I've gone to is the same - untrained semi-aggressive staff, slow service, & a swarm of flies. The food isn't terrible, but it's definitely not great or worth the prices they charge. I'd happily take the lower GI issues of a McDonald's burger over the rather bland burgers Hero sells.
  
  I do feel a little bad for this location though. It definitely has a "Unwanted Step-Child" vibe when you walk in. It's never busy, the employees seem to despise when a customer walks in, and the entire decor feels run down and forgotten. You have to wonder if corporate even remembers they HAVE that location.
  
  Bottom line: Don't go. Walk down to Local and buy a burger there for the same price but tastier.

  Good option for turkey or chicken burgers. Beef burgers I'd go to williams or local, for a couple bucks more. Staff is friendly and fast
