  I had a terrible experience at this location. It was the first night of the 2017 NBA Finals and this location was very under staffed. My friends and I weren't the only people who had a bad experience, as other people who were already seated had to leave due to not having their order placed in a timely fashion. I can't really put the terrible experience on the waitress as she had to bounce back and forth in the location to meet the demands of all the customers. The management just seemed to be terrible.

  I went for dinner on a Saturday Night around 7:30pm and there was no lineup. I ordered the two pounds combo with fries. Foods came quickly and the service was good. No complaint here.

  Ugg this place has been declining for a while. Inconsistent food, sometimes good service, sometimes not. We usually pick up food and I would say over the last few years there were maybe 20-30% of the time something was missing, but recently it's been happening more. Time to switch up wing spots. I think this was recently taken over by corporate.
