  Rude, self entitled and lazy.. I pretty much had to tell them how to do there job.. definitely needs Improvement when it comes to customer service.. No smiles no greetings.. I felt like i wasnt wanted.. Next time i wont be coming back Ill rather go across the street to Wendys,, at least they have proper customer service... to the one girl young that was there she try at least after i became very " direct "

  If you like BK you'll like this restaurant. Appears to be well run. Front of house is relatively clean given the age of the physical building. Whopper Jr was good. Also I like their thicker more substantial fries; possibly new and improved. Staff could be a bit more pleasant.

  Can not give any better stars. Was served my order wrong on drive thru. Came all the way back and when I went back even before I could say anything the girl at the cash said it was not me not my fault and so did the second lady and then the third one said and did not get my order for another 3 mins and no one from the staff apologized for their mistake.

  The service was so slow. The orders were wrong. The cook in the back quit mid order. The poor manager was running around doing everything. The floors were sticky and it was and overall bad experience. Oh plus this crawled out of my brothers sandwich... We couldn't even eat.. We left. 0 stars if it was an option..
