Although the service has always been substandard in this location, I would still frequent it with my colleagues as it is close to my place of work. Recently I went into this establishment with an incorrect order that I received. Even after politely explaining that I was given the WRONG order, the usually unfriendly cashier/server, advised me that they cannot take food back, nor give me my correct order. Needless to say, not only will I never spend my money at this chain, I will also influence my friends and colleagues to never support this establishment.

Used to be on point.... Anyone who's ever been to this location already knows to expect horrible service, that's really not an issue as long as the food is good. Typically their patties are hot, fresh and absolutely delicious.... Buyer beware though, i would not buy a patty from this place before 12pm....I have realized the patties they sell before 12 noon are the left over dried out patties that didn't sell the night before.... After figuring this out i will never go back.

I can't even give a star. I went in for my first time today at 1:00pm because I've heard so many great things about Tinnel's. I walked in to see two workers standing around chatting while several people were eating. I stood at the front waiting to be addressed, even though I know both the male (cook) and female (front) knew that I was there. The woman then comes out with attitude and looks at me as if I have something to say. To me, when you walk into ANY establishment, especially when you're present, you GREET the person. Not roll your eyes, give attitude, or make it seem like I must be taking up so much of your time. After not hearing a single word from her, I ask if I can order some food. I then ask if I can get two jerk chicken combos - I think anyone at this point can tell that I have clearly never been there before. I don't get ANYTHING from the woman - not an explanation of anything. The only thing I get is a non nonchalant answer to the fact that they didn't have any anymore. Not a problem - it happens. I understand this. But what I don't understand, is how you can have these sort of individuals representing your establishment - no respect, no courtesy, no manners, no social skills - I'm not asking to be best friends with the workers, I'm asking to be treated properly. I will NEVER go here again, and I will make sure that everyone I chat to about this knows about my experience. I suggest considering the staff you have there and how it looks on the business. How you treat people can go along way and speaks volume - unfortunately, not here.
