  Worst service ever seen at a Tim Hortons. Spent 5 minutes waiting at the counter for my croissant with nothing. Asked them how much longer it is going to be and they didn't even know if someone had taken my order or not. In the end found my croissant in the oven. They didn't even bother to ask me why I was standing in front of them for that long. Ordered a steeped tea, got coffee instead.

  So annoyed. Took me almost 10 min to get through the 4 people ahead of me. Could be because of the 8 people I saw working, not one of them was speaking English. Could also be why my coffee with 3 sugars in it actually had none. I guess I should learn the word sugar in 6 different languages so I can get an accurate order at Tim Hortons. Maybe you guys should start writing on every cup as opposed to only when there are multiple coffess.

  love tim hortons, but this location needs some help. the people interacting with customers such as the cash register and the drive through should have more of an ability to, well, interact with people. It is difficult to order when the person taking the order doesnt grasp the english language. Otherwise, great food and good coffee!

  This location has a crazy long lineup for Drive Thru, so it's faster to actually walk-in to get the order. The service is generally alright.

  Many times no one or two of the daily soup. Many times give me the wrong order. Drive through at launch time is horrible
