  THIRD morning in a row where this location messes up my incredibly simple order! I'm convinced the staff don't even listen to you.
  First time, the egg and cheese on am English muffin was wrong.
  Second time they give me a strawberry strudel instead of a strawberry yogurt.
  Third (and this will be my last) I get a cheese croissant instead of butter.
  They are also incredibly slow and at 5am on a weekday, I don't have time to check my order while trying to catch my bus at 5:15am.

  Never saw this much messed up timmies before coffee never fresh taste really bad. Had couple of times never went back also staff is very slow. Horrible place

  I am very disappointed with this branch. I have to say they have the worst French Vanilla among all the Tim Horton's I have frequented. I have had it quite a few times from here. Most of the times it seems that the drink has been very diluted with water. Today they said that the branch has stopped selling regular French Vanilla but instead promotes Caramel French Vanilla. Not to my surprise, this was even more bland and watery compared to their regular. I urge the Tim Horton's company to investigate the French Vanilla at this location. Somebody is messing with it. Thank you.

  Everything is great food and coffee wise. They are always fresh and this is one of my favorite Tim's for the freshness of the coffee. Only reason not 5 stars is they have barely any seating , it's always crowded. And for some reason the staff think it's ok to let homeless people sleep at the tables. I have seen this all the time. There is nothing more awkward than actually getting a table and having to eat a bagel and coffee beside a stinky snoring man.

  Men , i used there washroom and u know its yuck .Its very bad smelly u cant even go inside with water on floor .Also at the reception not a good smell ...i think they clean there tim hortons once in a week or may be that not also .
