  There was a in issue with my dad's quarter chicken, it wasn't cut properly and a chunk was missing. But we just showed it to our waitress without a word and she knew what was wrong. She apologized while she smiled politely and took it back with haste to have it exchanged.
  
  She handled the situation with such professionalism. Thank you.

  Did a delivery ordered. The waiting time was standard but the restaurant forgot one of our foods so, the driver had to make 2 trips. The foods arrived still warm. Their gravy with chicken tasted great.

  This used to be my favourite restaurant chain but of late the portions are getting smaller while the price is getting much higher and sometimes the food is overcooked or dried out. I go less frequent now.

  The staff was exceptional. I had a tickle/terrible scratch in my throat that I could not get rid of. So I kept hacking. A young gal of Caribbean decent who worked there, asked me and brought me a hot water with lemon. I was so incredibly thankful and grateful. My server was lovely as well. I will be definitely returning to this location. That is saying alot, for I use to work at Swiss Chalet in High School.
