  I was at this location for a meeting downtown, generally Tim Hortons staff is very friendly and that is what I got. But, I did not like how the manager was publically humiliating her employees. I'd like the management to deal with such behavior. I felt terrible for the poor student who was trying to learn the business. As someone who has worked in customer service before, manager to front line worker relation is very important!

  This is a great location and open 24 hours. That's a plus when you're working late and need to get out. Lots of seating, good service, and the staff is friendly. The only drawback to this location is the back door. There are two entrances, and the back entrance is a single door. So when it opens, the weather comes in with it. Brrr!

  Great food, great atmosphere. Always busy and alive. Prices are typical of downtown Toronto (higher than jack Astor's anywhere else). We were seated within 5 minutes on a busy day which is really good. Food came out relatively quick.

  Horrible service. Asked for a mocha Iced Cap, and the person serving me had no clue what that was. When she figured it out, I asked for a chocolate mint shot in it and asked her to confirm if they had chocolate mint flavor shot, which she said yes, yet when I tasted it there was no chocolate mint in it. When I asked, another worker said they do not have chocolate mint flavor shots. With that same order I ordered a bagel, and after waiting for a few minutes I had asked, as the person on the sandwich station was too busy talking with a female customer to notice my order. This place seemed to have been run by incompetent high school students. What an embarrassment!
