  Pretty bad customer service! I had a simple request of a wet napkin to wet my hands and was denied and told to go to Pizza Nova instead... I was in the drive through! I've worked as a barista before so I don't understand why it was easier to be resistant and refuse me than just wet a napkin for me... customer service isn't that hard! I doubt I'll ever go to this location again...

  I usually show up early morning for a coffee. They wouldn't let me in this morning and made me stand in the cold while they took their time to open the door On a 24 hour timmies. All I know is I'm never going back to this timmies... worse service ever!!!!!

  The service here is fast and almost always right, and if they make a mistake they try to make it up to you. Great location

  The employee don't pay attention to the customer in front. I understand that the drive Thur important but so are the customer come in. Plus the timtibs sometimes taste like smoke
