  Absolutely the worst experience ever! I go EVERY MORNING before work to the Chesswood location (because it's right beside my work) and i absolutely LOVE it. The staff is so friendly, the store is very clean and the food/beverages are ALWAYS delicious! So, this morning I decided to go to this location for once (as it is next to my building) and let me tell you, this location is VERY dirty, the food (I was waiting for, so i was watching her put together my sandwich) was so gross, I wish i had taken a picture! My hashbrown was ALREADY COOKED and not only that but it was broken in half and she asked if I still wanted it (or a donut) but the fact that she would actually serve that is mind blowing. DO NOT GO HERE.
