  These guys can't get anything right. Haven't had one successful order. Order an Ice Capp...get chili. Order a chicken sandwich...get chili. Ask for a napkin...get chili. Ask for chili..."We ran out of chili".

  Not only are the wait times for both standing in the line and waiting for the food excessive, the customer service levels are below tolerable, the menu meal prices do not match the before tax amounts as appropriate, and when asking to speak with the manager about these issues they are either gone for the day (no manager on duty) or too busy chatting with their employees. I've been patient for a long time, but over charging me twice in one day ... horrendous.

  This place is really wonderful with more than three counters and staff are fast and efficient too.Love this place.Their coffee is really great and if you are student and require boost up then this place is must to visit.
  
  Sitting arrangements are really good too.
  
  They have express line which makes life way more easy if you just need beverage only.
  
  Also they are using boost app so you can prepay for your order and dont have to wait in line.

  staff got pissed at me when I couldn't hear her, she was mumbling and I said "pardon me?" she was offering me hash browns for a combo. When she had to repeat it she took a very angry tone and gave me a death stare. Then they procceded to take 10 mins to make a sandwich. They really need new staff, this is a great location but the staff are very rude and incompetent. This is the third time of the 5 or 6 times ive been here where I was mistreated by garbage staff. Avoid this location if possible.
