  I got here at approximately 4:45 thinking that they close at 5. The employee told me we close at 4:30 nowadays because it's the holiday season...so you're telling me that during exam hours..you guys close earlier instead of later?
  Next time just say it to my face that you're too lazy to be open for 30 minutes longer, I might actually have respect for you

  This is a small and neat place situated at humber collage.very good product and they offer payment from boost so you can order while you sit in library and once your order received you get notifications. So no need to stay in line.
  Although their hours are less but can't complain.
  They have apple pay which makes life more easy.

  It's okay. Expect a line up and most of their Frappuccinos taste like chemicals compared to other starbucks.

  Sorry, I actually don't drink coffee. Should I just go elsewhere? Does starbucks not cater to the non coffee drinkers? I've been drinking starbucks over 10 years, I always order the "Caramel Apple Spice". Which is apple cider. No one at this location knows about this drink. And when they find out and actually make the drink, I'm already 15 min past my break time. Please train all your employees on all of your drinks. We don't all drink coffee. Very frustrating.

  Absolutely brutal service. I waited over 25 minutes for a frappachino and banada bread, AND they charged me $20 for it. The cashier (obviously a student) took my money and put it in the till without even looking at it. She gave me change for a ten instead of the twenty I gave her, and when I tried to tell her she had given me the wrong change, she would not hear it. She told me I handed her a ten without even checking the till, and then proceeded to serve the next customer as I was still begging for my change. I left this location crying and without enough bus money to get home. Ruined my entire day. If you want to pay $20 for a singular drink and be embarassed in front of a crowd of people when you have to literally fight for your change (and then never recieve it) go to this location. Horrible customer service. Makes me never want to visit starbucks again. Tim hortons for life!
