  Normally it's a good Tim's to grab a coffee or lunch. Only downside is that there will often only be one person on cash with a large lineup. There's other staff around, but they're normally busy doing other tasks.

  The staff here are very rude. They just stare at you like you're an enemy and they don't smile at all. And yes, this place is generally full of weirdos, homeless and other freaks and does not feel safe. On the positive side, coffee donuts etc taste like standard TH...

  The staff here are generally pleasant people. The biggest issue is that they don't know how to handle a morning rush. They have 7-8 people behind the counter in the morning, but they will have moments where no one is operating a till for up to 2 minutes at a time.

  Got to this Tim Horton's location on March 11, 12:30 am, ordered coffee and food, we needed to go to the washroom and the cashier lady told us the washroom is being cleaned and you can use it in 10 mins max... we waited over 45 minutes ... asked the lady 2-3 times to clean it or let us use it ... there was another staff sitting there on her phone entire time listening to us and ignoring us . Very disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Timmie's coffee has been losing its quality and the caffeine amount for so long ... and some places like this make me wonder why should I go to tim horton's any more :/
