  There is one lady that works there that is awesome. Other than that this store has caused some of the most stressful experiences I have had just trying to order my dinner. On several occasions I've had to argue with staff over their specials which are literally posted in their window. I've been over charged several times because of this of not humiliated because I have to argue with them in the middle of the store.

  I like this store because the counter service staff was very polite and the pizza was fresh.

  So many crazy people the staff need to deal with here, I emphasize with their staff. Love their Hawaiian slice, come at it every other day. If you know how to order a good pizza, they can customize it to the teeth.

  Employee makes pizza with a 8 inch open fresh wound with blood going on peoples pizzas and he was eating food and I'm assuming he was spitting on my pizza because he took behind somewhere and ewww God knows. I Don't trust them they don't handle your food properly. The short oriental lady and the guy with the big open wound on his arm are so disappointed with life that they don't care how things are really handled. I was told a burnt pizza is normal and that I shouldn't complain. They seem to back each other up but they're deceiving. After calling customer service and being insulted I was offered a refund which I asked for in the first place. I will no longer go to this location even though it has been my go to pizza pizza. :( I'm really concerned about this franchise this wasn't the first incident that happened but I do forgive but not this time. This location will no longer get a dime from me. I'm giving you my honest opinion if you have to go to another location do it. If you have to go to another pizza establishment such as Pizza Nova do it. Other than that folks don't go to this location they don't wash there hands 100 percent of the time before handling customers food. It may seem like they do but they don't you have to watch close to know what I'm talking about. They don't wear name tags for a reason they do it so you can't complain about them. Anyhow I have third party as a witness to coo berate my story. I'm highly disturbed of their lack of customer service. Their so depressed I feel sorry for them. Pizza Pizza needs to fire their staff or close this location because I'm so highly disturbed this was the same place I come to for years to buy my pizza and this is how they've been handling my food. Sincerely to all the customers of any pizza pizza establishment. This isn't personal believe me because I'm the kindest person in the world but I just don't stand or condone injustice and bad business practices. Your health is important just as much as mine so I caution you not to go there anymore. See me as your big brother I want whats best for you.I've been an on and off customer for 'Pizza Pizza because 80% of the time I have some sort of bad experience but I sort of over look them. I've spent thousands of dollars with family, friends and colleagues unfortunately I have serious issues with all the health and safety concerns whether by food handling/ customer service. At the location I always go to it seemed like the man that I've always seen better never talked much too made my pizza but it was burnt and he said he make another one long story short I figured after seeing that open wound on his arm looking really fresh without bandage, him being contentious, disrespectful by throwing my receipt on the ground and telling me to get out the f^7*kn out here junkie I just figured I asked for a refund an hour later I got terrible service and disrespected for something I never asked for they work as a team because I asked the lady also to remove it 6 minute prior just because I had a feeling it was going to turn out burned as I saw all the other slices pre made for walking customers I decided enough is enough I've been coming here for years and the first words that ever came out the mouth of the person who serves me is that I should take what I get. Another long story short with pizza pizza is that I don't think the franchise owners cares about the reputation of their name. So therefore I suggest you pay the extra 2 dollars to pay for another establishment you maybe safer in so many ways. I have a heart condition and this incident racked my nerves.
