PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. This was a pathetic attempt at bubble tea. They couldn't even get a simple black milk tea to taste good. Basically paid $18 for 3 cups of watered down milk with really crappy soggy (i don't know how else to explain it) tapioca. With newer chains like Chatime and Formocha really upping the bbtea game. Tenrens should be out of business.

They don't accept credit cards here, only cash or debit, but hat's not what stopped us from coming here. It's just the drinks went downhill so fast. Thought it was just a bad day but nope, same poor flavours when we tried again. Used to be good but would not recommend anymore.

The quality of the bubble tea is very bad, possibly one of the worst I've ever tried. They don't mix properly so it tastes powdery and they also don't remove the foam from the top.

It is also one of the most expensive bubble teas I've ever seen, it cost me $6.95 for a large one and they don't even accept credit (only cash or debit).

To add to all this, their lines are usually very long, I always thought that they would sell good products because of the huge demand for it, but turns out it's by far one of the worst bubble teas I've ever tried.

DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY. Bubble tea is way too sweet. Tapioca sucks. Not worth the money.

I've only tried their Hokkaido milk tea and coconut and banana milk tea and neither of them tasted good. The first one had a weird flavor that even my Japanese mom didn't like and the coconut/banana one tasted and felt like a regular banana milkshake. I wasn't expecting real bananas in my drink and it even had the bitter aftertaste. Yuck. I didn't pay $6.10 for a milkshake, I just wanted TEA. But customer service was good though.
