  While the food is delicious - the service sucked. We ordered a #8 and #9 and the guy somehow got lost along the way thinking we ordered a #2 and #3. Then after realizing he screwed up - he kept trying to charge us extra for things that got included when he thought it was a #2/#3. He ended up throwing out perfectly good food because it wasn't what we wanted to have included in our original order of 8/9. Awful customer service - go somewhere else in the food court

  Great food and very friendly staff. One of the staff members would offer us a piece of chicken for us to test it and it was delicious. After that, I decided to buy from them and was not let down.
  
  As a bonus, their hot sauce is very delicious and I definitely recommend that you take some with your order.

  I like the food, and they were very kind. I also didn't get too little meat, unlike some other reviewers. I also appreciate the fact that it's halal. They didn't have change, though (it wasn't unreasonable - 70¢) and I had to go to another restaurant for change. The person serving me had left by then, and I ended up getting no change whatsoever, which is a major downside. Still only 70¢, though.

  Be careful they don't overcharge you when you order a daily special. 3 times in a row, months apart, I was charged regular price and had to correct the cashier. The most recent one actually had the audacity to tell me it was up to me to tell her. The food was as horrible as the service. I will not be returning.

  I eat a lot of Shawarma and tried a lot of places. Ordered Chicken and Beef Shawarama sandwiches. Beef was raw, chewy, not good at all. Chicken was a little bit better but not enjoyable. One of the very few times that I didn't finish a sandwich.
