  The perfect place for afternoon tea with many tea varieties and delicious miniature food items at a reasonable price! I went on a weekday afternoon and it was pretty empty, which means more personalized service.

  I am absolutely stunned by this experience from the few minutes we were there.
  After entering the small location, we saw a very quaint and nice atmosphere, surrounded by various teas and calming music. There was no one to greet, so we took an available seat towards the back. When the young waiter saw us seated, he turned to a coworker to say "some random people just sat down" showing no level of respect, or attempting to inform us on the normal process of being seated. After such an unwelcoming start, filled with hearing the waiter talking poorly about us to his coworker, we felt compelled to leave.
  I have never received such poor service, and would review 0 stars if I could.

  EXTREMLEY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNWELCOMING. We saw their sign and were intrigued by the idea of authentic crepes. We walked up and saw the place, while no one was there to greet us, so we had a seat closer to the back. There was no indication that it wasn't seat yourself or that it was reservation only. When the waiter noticed us, he turned to the other coworker to say "some random people just sat down", I wish I was making that up; he grabbed menus and essentially threw them in front of us on the table along with the tea cups. He went into the back after not saying anything and started complaining about us to whoever else was back there. He did not care of us whatsoever and made no effort to let us know anything or to tell us that it wasn't okay. It was unbelievably rude and we had to leave. I will never go back. This was absolutely one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

  Love it here! Been a few times. First one was with a Groupon. The best sandwich was the shrimp brioche. Wish they gave more clotted cream to go when I packed my scones though! Tea set is quite filling. Nice and quiet environment, only just 2 staff usually from what I've seen bit it's a small place so it's okay!
