  Hadn't ordered or had pizzaville in a long time so decided to give it a go. In terms of the quality of the actual pizza, honestly, it was very very disappointing. The pizza arrived hot but the dough was still somewhat raw and the ingredients seemed to be a carbon copy of the crap pizza pizza uses. I couldn't eat it (mainly because of the dough). It was bad enough that I had to call them and see what they could do. Spoke to a very kind helpful lady on the phone who apologized and had another one promptly sent out.
  Needless to say the one I am waiting for will probably the last pizzaville pizza I ever order.

  It depends on who is cooking/preparing the pizzas. Sometimes they are amazing, other times slightly undercooked. For a chain pizza, the price and taste are superior.
