  Service is good and quick. But their NEW crispy fried chicken is very BAD. My wife ordered it tasted BURNT.. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT....

  Great location, not very busy on Saturday at 6:30 pm. However, the booth we were placed at had a duty table top (considering not being busy, with less than six tables occupied, we wet surprised at this). However, the food was excellent cake and very reasonable quality.

  Slow service because they are understaffed. The waitress was also the host and bus boy.
  A family got tired of waiting and left.
  Waitress was very pleasant considering her situation. Food was good as usual.

  Great, quick take-out! Harvey's and Swiss Chalet takeout is from the same counter, on the Harvey's side. The Swiss Chalet does have it's own proper eat-in restaurant. Lots of free parking.
