    Went here for a family lunch function. It was exactly what I expected from Swiss Chalet. Our waitress was pleasant. The food was decent.

    Food is good and there is typically not a long wait, but the service is rather slow. Lots of tables are left for a long time without being cleaned up. Overall cleanliness of tables, cutlery and dishes can be improved as well.

    The ribs are never good, always dry. Chicken is fine, the crispy is better but only available at certain times of the year
