  Good, fast service and consistenty good food. This is the best of all the fast food fried chicken chains. I try not to go too often because it is not the healthiest, but it is really tasty.

  Went in 8:45pm on a Saturday night. 3 people working on a closing shift (10pm), but they all look disoriented. Ordered 2 pieces chicken with a fries, eat in. Waited 15mins and person working in the front didn't know if I ordered to-go or eat-in. Chicken tasted like dip-fried with no-added seasoning, means no flavour at all! Popeyes and KFC would beat this place any time of the day!

  I always loved Mary Browns chicken but this one really disappoints. I went there 3 times in a month, at different times of day, and all 3 times I was told they had no chicken cooked so I'd have to wait 15 minutes. I said no thanks. And I left. They water down their gravy compared to other locations. There's very little seasoning on their wedges, other locations I've been to have much more seasoning. Their prices have also escalated significantly. They are no longer a destination for me when I want fried chicken. I now go to Popeyes. It's unfortunate, I wish they'd understand how important service and quality is.

  Drove across town to get a feed of Mary Browns. Well worth the drive. The Big Mary was supreme, as always. I like fried chicken once in a while and live near a KFC. It is true that Mary Browns is better than KFC - I was floored at how much nicer the fried chicken was. Much more tender and juicy.
