  I eat here frequently as it is pretty much across the street from my office. I like the Meatball sub. Basically the same as any other Subway I've eaten in.

  Not a very well ventilated Subway. I know this has nothing to do with the food, but standing in line waiting is painful in summer and winter.

  This pace is ALWAYS too hot. All summer long, it's as if the 2 visible ductless AC systems are both broken. Always.
  
  Food is always fine. Typical subway quality. Not better. Not worse.
  
  So uncomfortable inside, always always hot. No matter what the temperature is outside.
  
  Have seen employees sweat ALMOST drip onto my food.

  Clean location with adequate seating. 2 stars for lack of parking and hassles I've had with staff (owner and son) on two occasions.
  
  Free parking is available in front, but very difficult to obtain (2 spaces, if I remember correctly), especially at lunchtime.
  
  Agree with previous reviewer that they don't like to honour specials here. For an emailed breakfast promo, they required a printout of the email, even though it was on the website, Twitter and radio (and printout not specified on email).
