  Booked a week in advance. We got shown to our table in a private room, spacious and well decorated. The presentation of the food was very artistically done, from the dish to the decorations to the food itself. High quality ingredients, many of them shipped fresh from Japan. A good variety of cooking styles from steaming to frying to sashimi. Subtle flavouring brings out the taste of the food itself. We also saw a tea ceremony, and the chef came out to take pictures for us. Awesome experience.

  Absolutely amazing food and service and experience. At hashimotos i felt i was transported back to my time in japan. Very reminiscent food and service and experience of many of the michelin 3 stars in tokyo.

  Wonderful experience! The food is a delight for the senses. For tasting menus, I often run into one or two dishes that don't quite work for me, but I was enthralled by every single dish here tonight. The tea ceremony was quite educational. Very memorable!
