  I had multiple bad experience here. For the most part most of the staff are nice especially with the very long line. However, I think it is the manager or supervisor she does not smile and if she makes your order forget it. She will do it however she wants to without reading the cup. If you tell her thats not how you want it, she will just ignore you and talk bad about you to the other staff rolling her eyes. When she made my vanilla bean frap the beans were not blended properly I had to spit them out. Also it was all milk. I refuse to go back there just because of the manager. It's unfortunate that York only have one Starbucks.

  I always order the same Frap. Mocha frap with coconut milk, no whip. Fast service, and the quality is consistent. It's very busy in the morning and around lunch, but that's to be expected. It's the only Starbucks on campus.

  The staff don't seem to be very experienced or knowledgeable about their products outside of the brewed coffee and other drinks. I asked the baristas about their opinion on using the Pike Place roast for pulling espresso shots, and all they could tell me was that dark roasts are more bitter (the Pike Place is a medium roast).
  
  Otherwise, the seating is okay but I wish the layout was better integrated- there's a wide walkway right between the seating area and the shop. It doesn't feel quite as comfortable as other Starbucks locations.

  Always crowded but the staff are amazing and I've never waited more than 10 minutes in line to get my order. They are fast and the coffee tastes excellent all the time.

  I usually prefer to have sugar-free caramel syrup in my cappuccino or latte, but they often don't have it and they don't order it for at least a month or even longer. Every time I want to order something with it - they don't have this syrup. Then, they run out of vanilla one and one with nuts. Don't know why it takes them that long to order syrups, but it's annoying.
