  While I like getting my regular cup of coffee here, there is always a line up. The staff are pleasant, and there's nothing they can do to mitigate the high volume. It's evident that it's a hot spot at York U for a cup of coffee or a hot treat.

  The staff are very friendly, hilarious and always in high spirits. There are lots of comfortable seats, plugs (though you have to be savvy, if you want to sit beside one), nice music and pleasant ambiance. If you want to study, I'd recommend bringing headphones - it's a nice place, but could get loud. It is a nice place to spend time with friends - or even meet new ones. For those on residence, Second Cup has the advantage of being open until late.

  The staff are friendly and don't waste time with your order here. The lineups during the morning hours are often very long- despite this, the staff take care of orders at a steady pace.
  
  There are events every now and then, and there are board games you can borrow. The cream and sugar station is clean and always well stocked. The seating is plenty and the store is clean as a whole.

  Great place to study and meet up with friends both old and new. Open mic are on Fridays and provides aspiring musicians a platform to perform live. Place can get really busy due to it being inside an university campus.
