    Sure, it's a Starbucks. However, Pilot Coffee Roasters on the street level Great Hall is the place to go for coffee snobs.

    relentless upselling at this location has ruined starbucks for me. all I want is a small coffee, I don't want a gross breakfast sandwich. This location has an extra kiosk where they get to try to upsell you twice. every single customer. so frustrating.
